Blessing in the crisis: Fast, digital information for WGW tenants

The Wildau e.G. housing cooperative (WGW) used gekartel AG’s digital house boards in its staircases to inform tenants about current developments in the Corona crisis. The WGW used the time saved by the employees not having to hand out notes sensibly for the well-being of the members. In general, WGW’s digital tenant information and various digital communication channels are widely accepted by its tenants: “New options are naturally initially viewed with skepticism. However, our members are slowly discovering the benefits. Our new fault management and especially our new digital house boards have been well received by our members,” says Carsten Kröning, technical director of the Wildau e.G. housing cooperative, in an interview with the Association of Berlin-Brandenburg Housing Companies e.V.
