The HafenCity Dresden project started back in 2015, reviving the harbor along the Elbe meadows with a mix of high-quality apartments, studios, offices, practices, exhibition spaces, stores and restaurants.
Digital display media are used in the individual complexes: digital house panels from gekartel AG. They round off the modern building project. Tenants and visitors use the info screens to find out about daily updates. In addition, the info boards provide information, information and hints within the area. Tenants and visitors can select the information relevant to them on the touch display of the digital information boards. They can also get in touch with the relevant contact persons.
HafenCity is the most complex project to date since the company was founded almost 30 years ago. Together with numerous planners and architects, USD Immobilien GmbH planned and developed this impressive project over a period of months.
The name USD Immobilien is closely associated in and around Dresden with elaborately restored, historically valuable buildings such as the Neumarkt Palais City One or the old tobacco factory. In recent years, this has been joined by numerous new buildings of apartment houses, villas and single-family homes in Dresden.
