For Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, gekartel has implemented a digital product advice system for its range of adhesives, which are sold in over 900 branches of major DIY chains across Germany. The application includes information on Henkel and Pattex brand adhesives as well as product recommendations based on the materials to be glued together. The built-in scanner can be used to scan the barcodes of the products for more detailed information.
Content updates are played centrally from gekartel to the devices. Monthly statistical data provides information about the frequency and type of use and thus helps to continuously improve the application and the product range.
The gekartel fault hotline also offers store staff and field staff the opportunity to report malfunctions directly.
