The app also promotes community in the neighborhood: users can, for example, create their own profile and get in touch with each other via a chat. A comprehensive range of services, which can be booked via the app, ensures an enhanced quality of life. For example, laundry or cleaning services are possible. In the Urban Living area, forward-looking topics are addressed. Users can control smart home elements directly via the app or book e-mobility services. The app also provides important data for project developments or owners and generates insights for future projects.
